Science Question Time
If you missed the first in the new series of Science Question Time events – jointly hosted by CaSE, the Biochemical Society, and staff from Imperial College – you can now catch up with it in a special podcast, downloadable here.
The event featured a panel consisting of Luke Georghiou, Sophie Scott, Mark Walport, and James Wilsdon discussing the state of the scientific nation. Questions from the audience invited the panel to ruminate on everything from gender balance in research careers, to looking ahead to the next spending review campaign for extra spending on science.
