UK Election 2015 – Education and Skills Briefing

CaSE’s election briefing articulating tangible actions the next Government could take to strengthen science and engineering in the UK including 5-19 education, further and higher education, immigration and diversity.

This briefing is one of a set of three briefing that were sent to each of the main political parties ahead of the 2015 General election. It outlines a series of actions linked to education and skills that we would like to see the next government take to strengthen science and engineering.

CaSE developed its positions in consultation with our members and the wider science and engineering community, through a series of Opinion Forum meetings in 2014. We have distilled the high level messages from these meetings to form the basis of our advocacy and campaigning work in the run-up to the election.
