Earlier this year, CaSE set out a call to members to outline pieces of EU legislation that affected research being carried out in the UK. With an emphasis on the ways in which Brexit may affect these laws, and how they may be transferred into UK law post-Brexit, this dossier describes some concerns and priorities of our members for the future.
CaSE submitted this document for use within the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, contributing to the debate over the future of the UK’s relationship with EU legislation.
